1. Bookings and Reservations


All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.


Prices may change without prior notice, especially due to changes in rates from airlines, hotels, or local tour operators.


A booking is only confirmed after payment is received (partial or full as required).


You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of booking details (names, dates, destinations) before confirming.

2. Payments

Refunds are subject to processing time and may be reduced by administrative fees.


No refunds will be given for unused services (e.g., missed flights or no-shows).

4. Travel Documents and Requirements


Travelers must ensure they have valid passports, visas, identification, and any other required travel documents.


LS TRAVELS is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incomplete or invalid travel documents.

5. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions


Tour packages will clearly state what is included (e.g., accommodation, transfers, meals, entrance fees).


Anything not expressly mentioned is not included (e.g., personal expenses, tips, insurance, additional baggage, etc.).

6. Travel Insurance


Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for some tours.


LS TRAVELS is not liable for losses or damages resulting from accidents, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

LS TRAVELS acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators).


We are not responsible for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers.


We are also not liable for force majeure events (e.g., weather, war, strikes, pandemics, government actions).

8. Client Responsibilities


You agree to behave respectfully during tours and to follow the instructions of tour guides or representatives.


You are responsible for ensuring you are physically and medically fit for travel.
